According to reliable sources in New Delhi, Gulam Nabi Azad the congress incharge minister for andhr pradesh affairs has told chiranjeeve and others andhra leaders about the decision of  congress high command to announce the Telangana state.

According to the sources the central government was observing Sakala Janula Samya for Telangana formation very closely, the congress pandits were seemingly concerned about the sufferings and sacrifices by the people of Telangana region.

 It is learned that the leaders were shell-shocked to see the unity among the people of  Telangana demanding separate state.

 Gulam Nabi Azad has called Telangana leaders to New Delhi on 28th september to convey the decision of the congress leadership in favour of Telangana,MP K.Kesav rao and Jana reddy have already met Gulam nabi azad,meanwhile Vijayawada MP Lagadapati  rajagopal seems to have conveyed his displeasure over the decision with the congress senior leaders,speaking to the media Lagadapati said congress decision in favour of Telangana will not be accepted by us.
